Frustrated with Allergies

My poor little guy. He's allergic to dairy - there's no doubt. He's reacting to my breast milk now so I have cut it out of my diet completely. If I even have a little - its BAD. Hives, itching, gas, tummy troubles. I feel so bad for him. Yeah, its hard to cut it out but its worth it, I hate seeing my little guy like this. Yesterday I made a big mistake. I gave J a bottle and it was milk I froze from before I cut out dairy. So of course, he reacted. Then tonight though, he had trouble at dinner. We're going with baby led weaning so he gets more than one food at once. Tonight he had broccoli, avocado and pear. All things he's had before without issue. He broke out in a rash. We just don't get it. So, we're making changes. He can still feed himself, but one food at a time until we get this all sorted. It could have been the dairy from yesterday, still not out of his system. Or it could have been his dry, rashy, sensitive skin, reacting to all the food mushed all over it. Whatever it is, we need to fix it. My poor little guy.
